Return requirements
To qualify for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction policy, contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving your product. Opened or tried products are eligible and do not need to be unused or in their original packaging. Our drink products are not excluded because they are food. All returns will be inspected.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Regular-priced, sale and clearance items are eligible under our 30-day satisfaction policy.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first at info@revivgreen.com and wait for return approval and instructions.
Approved returns can be mailed to: 5318 Weslayan St., Unit 648, Houston, TX 77005. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a return. Opening or trying a product does not make it ineligible under our 30-day satisfaction policy.
